Upcoming Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 2021


In this article we are going to see the list of solar and lunar eclipses going to happen in 2021.  2021 is a new opportunity to create new things  or to improve the old things to better one.

There are four eclipses going to occur in 2021
  • 26 May 2021-Total Lunar Eclipse (Blood Moon)
People who are living in Australia, parts of Western US, Western South America, South-East Asia, can see the full lunar eclipses.
Sometimes the total lunar eclipse are also sometimes called Blood Moon because of the reddish orange glow during the eclipse. 
  • 10 June 2021-Annular Solar Eclipse
People who are living in parts of Russia, Northern Canada, Greenland and those in Northern Asia can see the solar eclipse.  Also some countries can see partial eclipse.
"A solar eclipse always occur about two weeks before or after a lunar eclipse.  Usually there are two eclipses in a row but in some other times, there are three eclipses in the same eclipse season."
  • 18-19 November 2021-Partial Lunar Eclipse
This is the last lunar eclipse of the year 2021. This can be visible in North and South America, parts of Europe and Asia, Australia.
  • 4 December 2021-Total Solar Eclipse
This is the last solar eclipse of the year 2021.  This can be seen fully only in Antarctica.  But partial eclipses can be seen from parts of southern Africa, Namibia and some other countries can also see partial eclipse.
